About the practice & Mikyji
Yin is the art of stillness. We settle into floor-based shapes for 2–5 minutes, using breath and props to gently stress connective tissue and invite release. Sessions weave mindful attention, spacious pacing, and nervous-system down-regulation so you leave grounded and clear.
Mikyji is a Yin Yoga teacher in Australia who has been incorporating mindful practices for the Australian audience for more than two years. Currently offering courses and workshops online, Mikyji presents a diverse range of workshops and training courses, including an online 6-week wellness module that can be undertaken without prerequisites.
